@byro100 Not the … @byro100 Not the point of this drill. All athletes have things they could do better, even you I bet, but focus on what the drill is trying to get across rather than an incomplete analysis of something else you notice and eventually I’m sure you’ll be a better swimmer. I am having … I am having problems with that dolphin kick start….I have strong legs but I dont seem to be getting a good rhythm…
this dude is pretty … this dude is pretty good at it. wow. i doin’t know how to get my dolphin kick up to fast tempo its hard. Correctly… not just from knees and down.
